P&B Administration Services, S.A. of C.V. commercially known as P&B Food Solutions (hereinafter “P&B”) with address at Calle Sierra Gorda 36, ​​int. 303, Lomas de Chapultepec V Section, Miguel Hidalgo CP11000, Mexico City, is the entity responsible for processing your personal data and informs you of this Privacy Notice in terms of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data and its current regulations.

 

Personal data we collect from you and how we obtain it:

 

Your name, address, federal taxpayer registration, telephone, photograph and video of yourself, email, purchasing trends, product preferences in general, as well as financial data and in a given case your credit card or bank account information in order to process charges for purchases made online or by written request, at the time that the portal allows it.

 

Said personal data is collected directly when you provide it to us either in person or by electronic means, by filling out application forms, quotes, telephone calls, email or when you visit our website to use our online services. to quote and/or buy the goods and services offered there.

In terms of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties

 

(hereinafter "the Law"), consent will not be necessary for the processing of personal data obtained when it has the purpose of fulfilling obligations derived from a legal relationship between the owner and the person in charge.

 

Revocation of consent and limitation of the use or disclosure of your personal data:

 

If applicable, you have a period of 5 (five) business days to revoke your consent or request the limitation of the use and disclosure of your personal data with respect to the purposes that are NOT necessary, NOR have given rise to a legal relationship with P&B, by sending an email indicating precisely the consent that you wish to revoke or limit its use or divulgation, as well as any data that facilitates the location of your data, with a copy of your official identification to the email address: info@pandb.com.mx.

 

Within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) calendar days, counted from the date in which P&B receives your request, we will attend your request and inform you of its origin, through a response to the same email address with which we receive your request, and where appropriate, making effective the determination reached taking into account the terms established in the Law and its regulatory provisions.

 

 Exercise of the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (“ARCO”).

 

In terms of the Law and its regulatory provisions, as the holder or legal representative of the holder, you will have the right to access the personal data that we have collected and the details of their treatment, rectify if they are incomplete or are inaccurate, cancel if you consider that they are not required for any of the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice and in which case they may be subject to a blocking period, or oppose the processing of personal data that you have provided to us for specific purposes.

 

The request to exercise your ARCO rights must be sent by email to the email address: info@pandb.com.mx with the following data and documents:

 

 

 

I. The name of the holder and address, or any other means to communicate the response to your request;

 

II. Documents that prove the identity, or where appropriate, the legal representation of the owner;

 

III. The clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you wish to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, and

 

IV. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data object of your request.

 

In the case of requests for rectification of personal data, the owner must indicate, in addition to the above, the modifications to be made and provide the official documentation that supports their request.

 

P&B will notify the holder by the same means requested, within a maximum period of twenty (20) calendar days, counted from the date in which the request for the exercise of ARCO rights was received, the determination adopted, and if appropriate, the decision will be made effective within 15 (fifteen) calendar days following the date on which the response is communicated, in terms of the Law and the corresponding regulatory provisions.

 

In the case of requests for access to personal data, the delivery will proceed after proof of the identity of the applicant or legal representative, as appropriate.

 

In any response to a request to exercise ARCO rights, P&B must inform the reason for its decision and communicate it to the holder, or where appropriate, to the legal representative within the terms established by the Law and its regulatory provisions for that purpose and by the same means by which the request was made, accompanied, where appropriate, by the relevant evidence.

 

The delivery of personal data will be free, and the holder must cover only the justified shipping costs or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats.

 

Data Transfer

 

Your personal data, including your sensitive personal data, may be transferred and processed inside and outside the country for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice and in order to comply with our contractual and/or legal obligations towards you and before the authorities of other countries.

 

In terms of the Law, it is stated that regardless of whether or not a holder accepts the transfer of their personal data, any receiving third party assumes the same obligations that correspond to P&B as an entity that transfers personal data in its possession in terms of what indicated in the previous paragraph.

 Collection of Statistical Data Online.

 

P&B can observe and study the traffic and use of the website in order to determine the most popular or most useful aspects and services by our visitors, in order to improve our services. We may collect and store information about your browsing through this website, how long you use it, the IP address of your computer, as well as the operating system and the type of Internet browser you use.

 

P&B obtains this information automatically through a remote data collection service using “web beacons” and “cookies”.
